These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Seven Cubed Seven Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Patent #65 API and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

To access paid features of the Service, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Upon subscription, you will receive a unique API key. You are solely responsible for:
We reserve the right to disable API keys that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
The free tier includes 1,000 encryptions per month with rate limiting of 100 requests per minute. No payment information is required.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Zero-Trust Architecture: We do NOT store your plaintext, ciphertext, or encryption keys. All data is processed in-transit and immediately discarded after the API response is returned.

The Service, including the Patent #65 cryptographic system, is protected by patent pending status (filed December 22, 2025), copyright, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
You retain all ownership rights to data you encrypt using the Service. We claim no ownership over your data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SECURITY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Cryptographic systems may have vulnerabilities that are not yet discovered.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN CUBED SEVEN LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Cubed Seven Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
